Stripped forms and filled space between concrete and existing building with Butyl sealant. Removed existing precast paving stone between concrete walkway and neighbour s concrete walkway. Excavated 8" and installed 4" perforated weeper with drainage gravel and crushed red brick cover in walkway area and backfilled drainage pipe in garden area Replaced kitchen faucet with Sifton kitchen faucet with spray in satin nickel from ELTE Replaced humidifier. July 2011 Replaced washer and dryer with Whirlpool heavy duty 3.5 CU FT washer and GE 6 CU FT Electric dryer Roof Performed plumbing repairs to laundry faucets, replaced cartridges in 3 rd floor basin faucet and replaced hot water tank. Installed floor drain in mechanical room, removed, cleaned and re-installed slate pool coping. Stripped existing asphalt roof shingles and installed 30 year shingles, repainted front of house (south elevation) including sanding, spot priming and painting of soffits, fascias, window, and front canopy and entrance doors. Serviced gas furnace (motor replaced 2004), hot water tank and humidifier (replaced 2010).
