From The Mallards you can quickly access the A47 and go east to the coast at Great Yarmouth about 14 miles and 25 minutes by car or west to Norwich, about 8 miles and 20 minutes drive from home. By rail the village is served by two stations Brundall, which is less than half a mile and a 10 minute walk from The Mallards and Brundall Gardens. Both are on the Norwich to Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft line run by Abellio Greater Anglia. You can travel to Norwich in 13 minutes, Great Yarmouth in 23 minutes or Lowestoft in 36 minutes. From Norwich it is 1 hour 47 minutes to London Liverpool Street. Norwich International Airport is 10 miles and 27 minutes drive away with daily internal flights to destinations including Manchester, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
