11 GALLERY 2 Exposed two foot wide old stone entry walls via oak steps with inset lights in the risers lead to another lovely gallery with oak floors, exposed stone walls and beams, LED track lighting, floor power points, a second staircase rises to the upper galleries, built in ceiling speaker and glazed door to the parking area.

12 UPPER LEVEL GALLERIES The light and airy upper galleries & studio area are ideal all purpose spaces with central heating and feature lofted ceilings with original exposed beams & trusses, Velux sky windows, multi paned windows overlooking the courtyard, oak floors, and original mill workings including a mill wheel inset into the floor, recessed and track lighting, floor power plugs, and inbuilt speakers.
