4 Situation Cotleigh House and Thatched Warren are situated in a very private and slightly elevated rural location on the edge of the peaceful hamlet of Elstone, which is set on the eastern slopes of the highly attractive Taw valley. The views across the valley towards Dartmoor in the distance are superb. The larger towns of South Molton, Barnstaple, Crediton and the Cathedral City of Exeter are all within easy reach with the A377 being about half a mile from the property. There are good rail communications with Kings Nympton Station on the Tarka Line being only one mile from the property. Cotleigh House Cotleigh House was built in 1913 and is a very fine example of an Arts and Crafts house with many features typical of its era. 8 Thatched Warren This attractive Grade II Listed house was the original farmhouse on the site and is believed to date back to the 16th century.
