There is a brook course which runs through the site and discharges into Priorslee Lake. The Lake is managed by Seven Trent Water. This permission expires 25 March Previously the site has benefitted from a Resolution to Grant Permission (Ref No: W2006/0966) for the erection of 51,095 sq m of employment floorspace (Use Class B1/B2), residential development (550 dwellings), and hotel (6,503 sq m).
