Lot 2 includes a stand of woodland (Field No. 24) extending to 3.58Ha (8.85 acres) or thereby comprising mixed conifers and broadleaves. This provides opportunities for future income/ use as wood fuel or timber. The arable land at North Coullie, like Cairnfechel, has consistently returned high yields of arable crops and is being left in extremely good heart.
