LOT 3 Lot 3 comprises acres of arable land with road frontage onto the B6345 and is sold subject to an overage provision entitling the vendor and their successors in title to 50% of the uplift in value for a term of 30 years from the date of completion, triggered by the sale with or implementation of planning permission for a use other than agriculture, forestry or equestrian.
