There were no drinking wter wells t the phse one property. There re no res of nturl significnce (ANSIs) locted in whole or in prt on the phse one study re. This informtion ws retrieved from the web portl from the County of Huron Ares of Nturl Significnce Interest mp. With the Byfield River 0.25 km north from the Site, nd Lke Huron 0.75 km west of the Site, it is likely tht wter flows to the north west. However, groundwter flow cn be influenced by number of fctors, such s surfce topology, underground structures, sesonl fluctutions, nd soil nd bedrock geology, mong others. According to the Quternry Geology Mp from 1977, the site is locted in n re consisting of Burford soils glciolcustrine deep wter deposits of snd silt nd cly. The bedrock consists of gypsum, shle nd dolostone in Dundee formtion. We did not observe res of disturbed soil or fill on the subject property.
