Railings Refurbished existing railings decorated black. Access provided to basement areas via four lightwell staircases. Cycle Storage and Showers Five wall dock cycle racks in basement vaults, one DDA compliant shower. Occupational Density One person to 10 sq m of lettable office floor area.
