3 Enever House is Grade II Listed of Architectural and Historical Interest, constructed of natural Cotswold Stone and mellow brick under a Cotswold tiled roof to the front aspect. Outside it is attractively clad in climbing wisteria, clematis and roses. The main house dates back to the 18th Century and the adjoining cottage dates back to the 19th Century. The main house is constructed of coarsed, squared and dressed limestone with a symmetrical two window façade with flat, chamfered quoins and Cotswold Stone mullioned leaded light windows with keystones. The front door has a Tudor arch surround with a keystone. In the 1950 s the house was extended to the rear, which increased the internal floor area to provide for a utility, landing/library on the first floor and increased the dimensions of the kitchen and drawing room. In 2005, the old garage was partly demolished and replaced by a Cotswold stone extension which has its own front door and is currently a reception room to the front aspect and the sitting room to the rear. The house is attached on one side to the garage of the neighbouring Rose Cottage. There is scope for the annex to be designed to offer separate accommodation. SITUATION AND AMENITIES Little Rissington is a hillside village located in Cotswold Conservation Area with views to the South- West over the Windrush Valley.
