2 The Location New Hedges Pembrokeshire Coastline New Hedges is a popular and vibrant village in the south of Pembrokeshire located directly between Tenby and Saundersfoot. Our development at Oak Grove lies within the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is situated a short distance from some of Pembrokeshire s most breathtaking beaches and coastal paths. Conveniently located for commuting, New Hedges is positioned close to the A477 and the A478. Schools There are a number of local Primary schools in the area: Tenby Church in Wales VC Primary, Saundersfoot Community Primary School, St Teilos Catholic primary School in Tenby and Ysgol Hafan y Mor which is a Welsh medium school. Pupils usually then transfer to Greenhill School, Tenby for secondary education. Amenities The village has a variety of amenities, including two local pubs/restaurants, Fish & Chip shop, convenience store and a garage. The nearby town of Tenby offers more extensive shopping options with boutiques, high street stores and a Tesco and Sainsbury s. Here you will also find the closest library and leisure centre. Relax & Live Within a short distance there are a number of family activity centres if you fancy a change from the Coast. Experience family fun at Folly Farm, Oakwood Park, Heatherton Activity World or the Blue Lagoon Waterpark at Bluestone National Park Resort to name but a few. As well as numerous blue flag beaches close by, Amroth, Manorbier and Carew Castles are in very close proximity. Celtic Haven, Lydstep and St Brides Hotel, Saundersfoot have Spa facilities and there are popular 18 hole golf courses at Tenby and Trefloyne. Eating Out The village has two pubs/restaurants in close proximity, and only a short distance away in the village of Saundersfoot and the town of Tenby, there are wide variety of restaurants and cafes serving high quality local produce. With Saundersfoot in particular gaining an increasing reputation as a gourmet resort. Saundersfoot Folly Farm Transport links are close with Railway Stations at both Tenby and Saundersfoot. Local bus services calling at New Hedges are the Tenby to Pendine, Tenby to Kilgetty, and Tenby to Haverfordwest service routes.

At the roundabout take the second exit, then the third exit at the second roundabout staying on the A478 towards Tenby. The A478 will take you through Pentlepoir, Wooden and then you arrive at New Hedges after approximately 4 miles.
