6 7 Steven McCormack Pine Plains CSD Bus Maintenance Facility The Pine Plains Bus Maintenance Facility is a 5,500 square foot new construction project that will support the Pine Plains Central School District in New York. The idea behind this design was to take the existing stone residence and create a master suite on the second fl oor along with updating the energy effi ciency of the fi rst fl oor with new windows and doors.
