VENTILATION SYSTEM: The mechanical heat recovery ventilation (MHRV) system supplies a constant stream of fresh air to each house along with reducing condensation and dust levels. As part of this process, the system recovers up to 90% of the heat energy in the exhausted stale air and uses it to warm the fresh air coming into the house. The incoming fresh air creates a better healthier living environment and reduces the effect of residual moisture on the fabric of the building. The MHRV unit is fully automatic and detects when there is extra moisture in the air i.e. when cooking, showering etc. It then runs in boost mode until excessive moisture has been removed and returns back to normal mode automatically. KITCHENS: Modern contemporary kitchens supplied and fitted to include soft close doors and drawers and a stylish countertop. The utility room, where applicable, comes complete with fitted kitchen units and contemporary countertop. BATHROOMS: Stylish bathrooms are fitted with high-quality sanitary ware.
