It s been a gloriously hot summer this year and the island has been very busy. Of course, August is the peak time when Skiathos is almost full. The main road has been hectic, town was bustling with activity, shops, restaurants and tavernas full almost to capacity. Following a good start in May, the property market this year has been slow, as we could have predicted, however, there has been far more interest in property this year we have received more enquiries this year than in previous years, which is a good sign.
