4 THE HOUSE As already mentioned, the Kalafati Retreat is a complex consisting of three villas, having in total 1430 m 2 of built area. Villa Rosemallow (151 sq. m) Featuring one of the largest verandas of the whole development and various sitting areas in the garden, Villa Rosemallow offers the perfect location for a relaxed vacation. The villa is built in three levels. The four bedrooms, spread in two different levels, provide independence and privacy for the guests, while the cozy sitting and dining area in the ground level offers the perfect place for get-togethers. In the ground level there is a spacious sitting and dining area with fireplace, as well as an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances. The sitting area directly accesses the veranda and garden. The upper level features two bedrooms: one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with separate bathroom.
