2 DESCRIPTION Villa Mary Praiano Amalfi Coast 4 Bedrooms (2 double, 1 triple, 1 single) - Pool Villa Mary is a typical Amalfitan home perched on the cliffs just 7 minutes from the center of Praiano with vaulted ceilings and a tasteful mix of white walls and handmade terra-cotta painted tiles. It is 350 square meters (3770 square feet) featuring a private swimming pool (open from May 1st to September 30th), spacious private terraces with sea views, a private garden, air conditioning, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. The Villa is located in a perfect location to explore the Amalfi area: 6,5 km to Positano, 8 km to Amalfi, 30 km to Pompei and 70 km to the Naples Airport. The villa is located just a few steps to restaurants, bars and the main shops. You will find the nearest restaurant at 5 minutes, the SITA bus stop for the Amalfi Coast - Sorrento line is a few meters away and the nearest beach at walking distance. Surrounded by large terraces with lush Mediterranean plants and flowers, the villa boasts impressive views of the sea from Salerno to Capri, from Positano to Amalfi. You can reach Villa Mary from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps. There is private parking just inside the entrance gate for two standard vehicles. The villa was built on multiple levels creating a multitude of gorgeous terraces. The first terrace is 20 sq. mt. (215 sq. ft.), accessible from the first living room through an arched glass door. It is equipped with tables and chairs. The second and third terraces are on the second floor of the villa, they are 40 square meters (430 square feet) each, partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. They are equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and an external shower as well as wooden benches. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea, of Praiano and the Amalfi coast and of the small Li Galli islands in the distance. The fourth terrace is 50 sq. mt. (540 sq. ft.) accessible from the third and fourth bedrooms. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and has built in benches, as well as tables, chairs and deck chairs. The Second Floor is where we find the third and fourth bedrooms one double and one twin. Enter the third bedroom with high, vaulted ceilings from the hallway to find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 in, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair and a desk, a large satellite television and an air conditioning/heating unit. The fitness center is accessible from the second living room going down eight steps. Here you will also find a sauna and a full bathroom equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and an enclosed shower. The swimming pool is 3 mt x 6 mt, and from 20 cm (8 in) to 1,6 mt deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with table, chairs, a sun umbrella and a couple of deck chairs.
