Ensuite bathroom with bath, basin, bidet and WC Outside there is a large covered terrace with ample sitting area, with views of Pampelonne bay and beach. There is an infinity saline pool 8 x 5 and a boule pitch. There is a large solarium decking terrace with shower at the point with amazing advantage view of the beach and sea only 30 metes from either of the gates. To the back of the house is a laundry room with washing machine and a spare fridge. Ample car parking and the property has electric gates. What a place! not many places like this on the beach with commanding views the famous Pampelonne bay and beach and with direct access to it!!!. This is amazing villa, you have the pool and beach for choice, walking distance to the most famous beach restaurants in the region, such as Club 55 and many others Watching the sun go down over the bay drinking a glass of rose wine and spot all the famous yachts in the bay.. What a way to finish the day!!!! If you want action then St Tropez is the place.the famous Place de Lices is where the Saturday and Tuesday market takes place lots on offer from fruit and vegetables to cashmere and handbags.
