Days on Market ( DOM ) do not accrue while a listing is under the Coming Soon listing status. Must include an Expected On-Market Date. This is the date when the listing Participant or Subscriber expects the listing to be Active. Cannot exceed 21 days from the date the listing is Filed under the Coming Soon listing status. Automatically NEW on Expected On-Market Date.

All fields required for an Active listing will also be required when entering a Coming Soon listing. Listing Participants or Subscribers will have the ability to remove Coming Soon listings from view in their searches, much as they can now remove Contingent listings. If a listing is sold during the Coming Soon period, it may be recorded as Sold in Pinergy.
