3 Profile Setup From the Roster Profile screen, locate the edit button in the upper-right corner. Click on edit tool. Click on Personal Info, Contact Info or Web Info icon. 1
4 Web Info Click on the field you want to edit and type in your changes. Once you have completed all of your changes, click the Save button. Or, click Cancel if you don t want to save your changes. 2
5 Profile Photo Upload a new profile photo by clicking the camera icon in the upper-right corner of your current photo. Then, choose a file from your computer. Create a Presentation in 5 Easy Steps! Your presentation is complete! View the presentation or click the Action Icon for more options. 3
6 Working with the Search Screen 1 2 Search Enter location. This can be a city, state, neighborhood or ZIP code. Drive-time Search INRIX Drive Time TM calculates commute time. For buyers, enter in a work address and a commute time and search for properties that meet that commute. MLS Search Enter MLS numbers separated by a comma. Change how you view your results: Map See results on the map. List See results as a list. Card See results as cards. Search by location. Filter using minimum and maximum price. For additional search criteria, click on the down arrow. 3 4 Boundary Search: Look for listings within an area. Radius Find results around a specific location. Boundary Find results in an area, like city, state, neighborhood or ZIP code. Draw Create your own custom boundary or boundaries. Listings Click Include Listing button to include that listing in your presentation as a comp. Statuses are color coded: Green = Active Yellow = Pending Red = Sold Gray = All other statuses, including expired, canceled or contingent, depending on your MLS. 4
7 Presentation Templates Templates provide the ability to save a presentation with the slides pre-selected. Slides can be added and removed after a Presentation Template is selected. There are three different categories of Presentation Templates: Default Template: Profiles that come with the system. They are not modifiable. You can create a custom profile if you make modifications. Company Template: Profiles defined by your company, region specific. They are not modifiable. You can create a custom profile if you make modifications. Custom Template: Profiles you create. Using Templates 1 To use a template, click on the dropdown menu and choose Presentation. 2 Then, choose templates. 3 Then, select a template from the list on the left and click the Apply button to set it for this presentation. 5
8 Creating Custom Templates Include the slides that you would like included in the Custom Template in the desired order in your presentation. 1 Click on save as template. Give a title. 2 Select as Buyer, Seller or All. 3 Click on Save. You will now be able to select this template for any other presentation. Doing so will arrange that presentation with the same pages in the same order. 6
9 Creating Custom Pages Add your own custom content into your presentation: 1 Start from the Pages tab by clicking Add Page and choosing Create New. 2 Choose a layout and click the Create button a. Or choose to upload a PDF by clicking on the Have an Existing PDF tab. 3 Add text, images, video or more to the page by clicking the icon. a. Type in and stylize the text. b. Upload an image from our library or web. c. Add video with a URL from YouTube, Vimeo or Dailymotion. d. Create content with more precision with WYSIWYG editor. 4 Click on to save the page to the library. Give the page a name and description. 5 The page is now included in the presentation. 7
10 More than Just a CMA ipad App available in the Apple Store Seller CMA Start a new Seller Presentation. Add the MLS number to automatically pull in property information and pictures or enter the details manually. Select the comps that most closely match the subject property. Add a testimonial video from one or more of your clients. Send to a client. Buyer Presentation Enter an MLS number, a ZIP code, neighborhood or area. Select homes that meet your buyer s criteria. Use INRIX to search by commute time. Add the estimated pricing and/or closing costs (optional). Add a testimonial video from one or more of your clients. Remove any unwanted pages from the presentation or apply one of your Presentation Profiles. Send to a client. Buyer Tour Enter an MLS number(s), a ZIP code, neighborhood, area or use INRIX Drive Time to search for properties that are part of the buyer s tour. Add a video of you talking about the neighborhood and your expertise. Embed a Google Map. Neighborhood Tour Enter a ZIP code or neighborhood for the tour you are creating. Create custom pages with information on: schools, parks, restaurants, etc. Include video or written testimonials from past buyers that share how great you are to work with as well as how much they enjoy the neighborhood. Quick Property Flyer Once you have created a Seller Presentation, you are a couple of clicks away from having a Property Flyer. Next to the presentation, click on, then. 8
11 Lead Generation ipad App available in the Apple Store Buyer Lead Generation Enter a ZIP code, or neighborhood you are looking to generate interest in. Choose properties that demonstrate why it is a good time to buy in this area. Use INRIX Drive Time feature to show commute times to a major employer. Edit the remarks in the comp sections to reflect a target audience that demonstrates why it is good for your buyers. Include video or written testimonials from your past buyers that share how great you are to work with and how much they enjoy the neighborhood. Seller Lead Generation Enter a ZIP code, or neighborhood you are looking to farm. Select homes that demonstrate why this is a good time to sell. Add a testimonial video from one or more clients whose home you sold, preferably in that neighborhood. Add a Contact Me page for a CMA on their home (call to action). Send to your sphere in that neighborhood and ask them to pass it along to their neighbors. Sphere Marketing (Annual Market Analysis) Start a new Seller Presentation. Add the MLS number of their home from when they sold it or add as much information as you have. Gather comps around their home. Provide additional market information on why it is a good time to sell in that neighborhood. Add a Contact Me if You Have Any Questions page or one that asks for referrals. 9
12 Open Houses ipad App available in the Apple Store Open House Marketing Start a new Seller Presentation and make sure that you add the date and time of the open house. Add the MLS number to pull in property information and pictures. Select the comps that most closely match the subject property. Embed a Google Map. Add a testimonial video from one or more of your clients. Add a Contact Me for a Showing page. Send to those in your sphere who might be interested, and make sure you post to social media. Open House Information for unrepresented buyers Add the MLS number to pull in property information and pictures. Select similar properties around the open house. Add a video of you talking about the neighborhood and your expertise. Offer to the presentation to unrepresented buyers phone/tablets so they have a copy of the other homes for sale. This gives you their contact information and they now have yours as well. Add a Contact Me if you have any questions page. Open House Follow-up Start a new Seller Presentation. Add the MLS number to pull in property information and pictures. Add a personal thank you video. Highlight anything new about the home, especially if you have written a contract or received one. This creates a sense of urgency. Include something of value, such as a link to information on the community or article on a new restaurant in the area. Open House CMA Start a new Seller Presentation. Enter the MLS number of the home. Use INRIX Drive Time to show commutes to major employers. Select comps that show the value of this home. Add neighborhood information. Offer to it to the potential buyer. This provides them with your contact information and you can also follow up to see if they are a potential buyer for the home. 10

14 For Branch Managers ipad App available in the Apple Store Recruiting Presentation Start a new Buyer Presentation. Go to the Presentation tab and deselect all the default pages you do not want to include. Create custom pages: About the company. About the office. Personal video from you. Video from current agents. About community involvement. Other information in your recruiting materials. Call to action, such as a form for additional information or to set up a meeting. Office New Listings Do a search for all the MLS numbers. Select the listings. Go to the Presentation tab and deselect all the default pages, except the Listing Detail page. This can be shown in the office meeting and sent to your agents. Create a Presentation Profile that you can reuse each week. Monthly Video Update Go to the Presentation tab and deselect all the default pages. Create custom pages: Personal video from you. Create a Presentation Profile that you can reuse later for your monthly update presentation.
