In the winter it is plowed by a company called Eliminator. The seller indicates that a neighbor coordinates the plowing, and four homeowners on Weaks Place contribute approximately $700 each per year, dependant on the weather for plowing and sanding. The Eliminator plow company indicates that it is $25 per household each time that the Eliminator comes to plow the road, and $20 per household each time that they sand the road. The Eliminator plow company also indicated that it is $25 per plow and $20 per sand to maintain the driveway to the property. The seller indicates that in the summer, the homeowners all do work to improve the road. If the gets rutted out, the seller indicated that they have a deal with the town where 5-6 homeowners get together, one is the spokesperson, and they buy gravel for the town to haul over and grade on Weaks Place. The seller indicates that the last time this was done was 3-4 years ago, and that it was an approximate cost of $200-$250 per homeowner. The home overlooks a small man-made pond to the East. The seller indicates that there has always been a small pond on the property, but he brought in an excavator to make it a bit larger.
