Bayley-Hazen Road is a town owned but unmaintained road. It is in excellent condition and maintained by the property owners on the road. No formal agreement is in place that the owner is aware of. It appears to remain open through the winter. Soil testing was completed by Chase & Chase Surveyors & Septic Designers in June 2013 and the soil looks to be favorable for construction of a homes on each of the lots. Lot 6 - A complete wastewater design and state permitting is completed for a 4 bedroom residence. It appears to be a conventional in-ground system. Driveway: There currently is a shared access road for all three properties. Lots 6 & 7 have direct frontage on this shared access road and by the survey appear to own to the center of this road. Lot 8 has direct frontage on Bayley-Hazen Road, but for convenience a short Right-of-way will be provided over Lot 7 to access an existing roughed-in driveway to the likely house site. Water: Zoning: There is ROW for a parcel to the north of the subdivision that travels along the shared access road and along the eastern edge of lot 6 and western edge of lot 7. Area typically supports drilled wells. The property is zoned Low-Density Residential. Boundaries: All cornet pins have been found and identified. Most of the boundaries have been marked with pink/ orange blazes or orange flagging. Address: Aerials: Current address is made for GPS purposes only. Actual 911 address will be assigned when a home is built. Current aerial maps do not reflect recent logging performed to clear optimal views of Joe s Pond.
