9 Site Plan The Developer s vision t N The UF Limited development team have considerable experience within the residential and luxury hotel sectors in central London and throughout the South-East. Grand Approach in Richings Park allowed us to preserve the external character of a historic building within the area, whilst providing a contemporary living space for its residents.
