This textual part alg with the Plan tables in STEP cstitute the Plan for the Project. The following cditis apply to all procurement activities in the Plan. The other elements of the Plan as required under paragraph 4.4 of the Regulatis are set forth in STEP. The Bank s Standard : shall be used for all ctracts subject to internatial competitive procurement and those ctracts as specified in the Plan tables in STEP. Natial Arrangements: In accordance with paragraph 5.3 of the Regulatis, when approaching the natial market (as specified in the Plan tables in STEP), the country s own procurement procedures may be used. When the Borrower uses its own natial open competitive procurement arrangements as set forth in Amended and Restated Public and Ccessis Act of 2010 such arrangements shall be subject to paragraph 5.4 of the Regulatis and the following cditis. When other natial procurement arrangements other than natial open competitive procurement arrangements are applied by the Borrower, such arrangements shall be subject to paragraph 5.5 of the Regulatis.
