The work has been undertaken by Mr. Alan Reed client # ( Lie. No. A 49686) of 61 Medley Crescent, Toronto, ON - the recorded holder of the claims under exploration. The Phyllite, basalt & marble deposits are of current interest. Mr. Reed visited the site for re-establishing claim lines on March 24-25, On March 27th he compiled this report Property Location and Access The subject mining claim is situated in the N/E1/2 Lot 5, Concession V, Madoc Township, Hastings County, in the Southern Ontario Mining Division. The claim was recorded under No on April l, The claim is easily accessible from the community of Madoc via north on Hwy. 62 of the 62/7 intersection or on O'Hara Rd. l km north of Hwy. 7 then traveling easterly along Mill Rd for about Vz km.

3 Background The geology of the area contains a well documented deposit of shale, basalt and marble. Work has been filed back in 1999, 2000, 2001, Research into this deposit for producing natural fertilizers is ongoing further development at this time. Previous Work The claim owner has submitted and performed work in accordance to the mining act back in March 1999 thru March 2002.The claims are in good standing with the Ministry. Based upon some reliable anecdotal information and compiling data there's a diverse application for the resources and the geological uniqueness of this deposit. SCOPE OF WORK Reconnaissance prospecting while re-establishing the claim lines revealed outcrops of minerals not noticed before. Since originally staking the claims Ontario Hydro has upgraded the poles along the boundary line on Hwy. 62 from # l post traveling south to the line post onwards to # 2 post all had been disturbed and knocked down. I shall return after the thaw to stabilize them. Number 3 post and # 4 post have also been disturbed by loggers whilst skidding logs out back in However the line post was located and standing. Both posts 3 SL 4 are under brush, ice and snow from the loggers working the property. These posts shall be restabilized once the thaw is over and the water disappears. I formally notify the Ministry of this and ask their approval to resurrect the posts once I am able to locate them again. Due to the high water table and flooding traveling west along boundary line from # 2 to # 3 post was restricted *fe treacherous, I was unable to reblaze some of that line due to these conditions and shall undertake this task once the site dries back. Included in this report is a map detailing the claim work undertaken. Also with this submission is an application to distribute banked reserves onto this assessment work filing to the sum of S and the remainder needed to comply taken from this declaration of assessment work performed with it's excess placed into banked reserves.
