4 Overview The RSD has $331 million in open contracts for the capital program after issuing $1.1 million in new contracts and $1.6 million in change orders and amendments in March. In addition, the total change orders to date, $6.2 million, account for approximately two percent (2.5%) of the total open construction contracts. RSD anticipates issuing approximately $25.6 million in construction contracts and $1.2 million professional service contracts/amendments in April. The OPSB has $185 million in open contracts for the capital program after issuing no new contracts and $16 thousand in change orders and amendments in March. In addition, the total change orders to date, $1.7 million, account for approximately two percent (1.83%) of the total open construction contracts. OPSB anticipates issuing approximately $842 thousand in construction contracts and professional service contracts in April. 4 Status Date: 31 March 2013
