MBAR MEMBERS INFORMATIONAL BRIEFINGS: Claire Gottsdanker reported that she has been attending the APA S Planning Academy and has found it informative and valuable.

STAFF UPDATE: Montecito Architectural Guidelines and Development Standards Limited Update will be going to the Montecito Planning Commission on March 23, CONSENT AGENDA: C-1. 15BAR Montecito Village Bathroom Addition 1482 East Valley Road 15LUP (Paul Dan Planner ) Ridgeline: N/A Request of, Jeff Gorrell, architect for the owners, Norm Borgatello, Valley Improvement, to consider Case No. 15BAR for preliminary/final approval on consent for construction of a 179 square foot public restroom facility attached to an existing building. The following structures currently exist on the parcel: 9 existing commercial buildings totaling 73,46 square feet. The proposed project will not require grading. Bring in sample of roof material/color. ACTION: Watson moved, seconded by Sharpe and carried by a vote of 5-0 (Johnson absent, Eichelberger absent) to continue the project, 15BAR , with the applicant to study the wood color, bring in a sample of the roof material, and restudy the length of the 2 nd story and show Ashley Road and parcel boundaries on the plans.
