MBAR MEMBERS INFORMATIONAL BRIEFINGS: John Watson reported that he attended the December 6, 2016 Montecito Association Land Use Committee meeting. Dave Mendro reported that Doreen Lee Johnson s term on MBAR was ending and he wanted to acknowledge the hard work Ms. Johnson put into the committee. Ms. Lee thanked the members of MBAR, County Planning & Development Staff and the community for their support. VI.
