STAFF UPDATE: None STANDARD AGENDA: 1. Recovery Stakeholder Group Montecito The Montecito Board of Architectural Review will provide an advisory recommendation to First District Supervisor Das Williams regarding two members of the Montecito Board of Architectural Review to participate in the stakeholder group for the recovery of Montecito being assembled by Supervisor Williams. Action: Maphis moved, seconded by Sharpe, and carried by a vote of 7-0 to continue this item for further review. CONCEPTUAL REVIEW 2. 17BAR Miramar Revisions 1555 Jamison Lane 17LUP (Nicole Lieu Planner ) Ridgeline: N/A Request of Bryce Ross, agent for the owners, Miramar Acquisition Co. LLC, to consider Case No. 17BAR for conceptual review, preliminary/final approval of exterior architectural changes of to the Jameson Lanai, West Lanai, Miramar Cottages, Garden Cottages, Main (Manor) House, Family Activities Building, Oceanfront Building, Retail Building and Train Guard Shack. An overall increase of 321 square feet is proposed to allow the addition of housekeeping storage areas. Winkler New Two Story Single Family Dwelling 4. 17BAR Attached Garage, Loggia and Pool 4 Sunrise Hill 17LUP (Brianna Wiley, Planner ) Ridgeline: Urban Request of Robert Senn, architect for the owners, Matthew & Margaret Winkler, to consider Case No. 17BAR for conceptual review of a new two-story 4,809 sf (net) single family dwelling, with the first floor being 3,632 sf (net) and second floor 1,177 sf (net), a 725 sf (net) attached garage, a 980 sf (net) basement, and a 320 sf (net) Loggia. Nothing currently exists on the parcel. The proposed project will require approximately 1,543 cubic yards of cut and approximately 603 cubic yards of fill.
