MBAR does not need to discuss land use issues; needs to discuss architecture and changes to the architecture. 3. The Planning Commission reviews land use issues. 4. Some members thought the architecture was well done, attractive, and appreciated the applicant s responsiveness to prior comments on architecture. 5. Majority of members concerned with tree removal required to accommodate accessory uses/structures. 6. Concerned with size, height and density of accessory structures. 7. One member concerned with amount of development on property, design, architecture and height. Requested story poles. 8. A lot of building in the development area.

ACTION: Nulty moved, seconded by Eichelberger and carried by a vote of 5-1 (Mendro abstained, Keller absent) to deny the project, 12BAR , on the basis of neighborhood compatibility.
