Some members thought the architecture was well done, attractive, and appreciated the applicant s responsiveness to prior comments on architecture. 5. Majority of members concerned with tree removal required to accommodate accessory uses/structures. 6. Concerned with size, height and density of accessory structures. 7. One member concerned with amount of development on property, design, architecture and height. Requested story poles. 8. A lot of building in the development area.
