2 History Bloomfield Apartments was previously known as Bloomfield Cottage, a detached home dating back to 1923, positioned alongside the famous Westerham railway station. Westerham railway station served the village of Westerham in Kent from 1881 until its closure in Westerham Train Station Sir Winston Churchill was a frequent commuter travelling in and out of London from 10 Downing Street to his home Chartwell House which is now administered by the National Trust. Bloomfield Apartments is positioned in the heart of Westerham, creating the perfect lifestyle with its appeal of the beautiful Kent countryside. Great pride and attention to detail has been undertaken by the developer Kent House Partnership to create the perfect residence, using their signature features throughout offering luxury accommodation to the highest standard.
