When the owners purchased the cottage, some twenty years ago, it was in a sadly neglected state of repair, but its potential was obvious, plus, they fell hopelessly in love with its stunning location, teamed with convenient access to all amenities. Having all the essential skills and experience to renovate the cottage, the owners undertook a massive project to reorganise the internal layout and refurbish the house to create this quite special, spacious, family home and one which has retained its unique character. An idyllic home to share with friends and family and summer BBQs here are incredibly popular. In addition there is an independent two storey annex in the grounds. It has been utilised for numerous purposes but, with its flexible, adaptable, layout, its uses are endless. The owners have thoroughly enjoyed the past twenty years living in this lovely house in such a location. They are moving to another part of the world, but there are so many happy memories that will stay away with them forever.
