The DecLaratin f Prtective Cvenants is amended as fllws: i. Article 3.23 is added as fllws: 3.23 Lt Grading Plan Apprval. Where a Builder prpses t prvide a basement type that differs frm that shwn n the Drainage Master Plan, the lt grading plan shall be sealed by Genesis Engineering. Genesis Engineering shall prvide services fr lt grading plan review, field inspectin, and revisins t the Drainage Master Plan n a time and material basis. All fees shall be the respnsibility f the Builder and shall be paid prir t sealing f the lt grading plan. 2. Article 5.4, E and F, are amended in their entirety t read as fllws: E.
