Existing and new legal descriptins prepared and stamped by a licensed surveyr fr all new lts affected by the bundary line adjustment. The existing legal descriptins may be submitted with the Owner s Cmmitment r Subdivisin Guarantee. 2. Tw paper cpies f the Preliminary Survey prepared by a licensed surveyr meeting the requirements f RCW 58.09, YCC (6)(a)(ii) and YCC (7)(a). 3. Site Plan meeting all the requirements f YCC (1) and (2) and Please nte: If the Preliminary Survey prvides all these requirements a site plan is nt necessary. 4. Cmplete Narrative describing the prpsal. 5. A Owner s Cmmitment r Subdivisin Guarantee (Title Reprt) and must be current within 60 days f submitting a cmplete applicatin and meets the requirements f YCC (8) and as utlined as fllws: a. The existing legal descriptin f each parcel invlved in the prpsal; b. Thse individuals r crpratins hlding an wnership interest and any security interest (such as deeds f trust r mrtgages) r any ther encumbrances affecting the title f said parcels; c. Any lands t be dedicated shall be cnfirmed as wned in fee title by the wner(s) signing the dedicatin certificate; and d. Any easements r restrictins affecting the prperties being adjusted with a descriptin f purpse and referenced by the auditr s file number and/r recrding number. 6. Written verificatin frm the Yakima Health District apprving any prpsed lts that will be served by individual n-site sewage systems and will be under tw and ne-half (2½) acres in size. The written verificatin must indicate that the prpsed lts can accmmdate an n-site sewage system r that the prpsed adjustment des nt affect the n-site sewage system, as applicable under Subsectin (5). If the prpsal is lcated within the Agriculture (AG) r Frest Watershed (FW) zning districts and the prpsed lt sizes and cnfiguratins are based upn the resurce use f the prperty then the applicant shall submit infrmatin that dcuments hw the prpsal will benefit the existing lng-term cmmercial resurce use (YCC (5)()). 7 **Yakima Cunty Water Resurce System (YCWRS) is a water system rganized pursuant t RCW which prvides service t the public in the frm f mitigated r water budget neutral water supplies fr dmestic use thrugh the withdrawal f dmestic supply frm a grundwater permit exempt well. The service areas f the water system is all f the privately held prperty in Yakima Cunty within the Yakima River watershed except thse areas within the crprate limits f the city, within the exterir bundaries f the Yakama Reservatin, r within the service areas f a Type A and Type B water system in existence prir t January 1, The YCWRS hlds senir water rights and allws the use f such rights by the public when wells are cnstructed and metered accrdingly t YCWRS prcedures.
