The approximate carpet area of premises should be about 1500 to 2000 sq.ft. preferably on ground floor. The sealed cover containing technical details should be marked Envelope No.1 and superscribed with TECHNICAL BID FOR.. BRANCH PREMISES and the sealed cover containing financial details should be marked Envelope No.2 and superscribed with FINANCIAL BID FOR.. BRANCH PREMISES. Both these covers duly sealed should be put in a 3 rd cover superscribed with, Offer of Premises FOR.. BRANCH PREMISES and it should also bear the name and address / phone no. of the offeror. The 3 rd cover duly sealed should be addressed to The Zonal Manager, Bank of India, Mumbai North Zone at the above address and submitted as detailed hereunder. The offer as above should be submitted in Bank s prescribed format only, which may be obtained from Bank of India, Mumbai North Zonal Office, 1 st floor, Opp. Natraj Market, S.V. Road, Malad (West), Mumbai between a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (on working days) and between a.m. to 2.00 p.m. (on Saturday) from on payment of non-refundable, amount of Rs.100/- in the form of DD/Pay-Order favouring Bank of India or in cash. The sealed offers will be received at above address between a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (on other working days) and between a.m. to 2.00 p.m. (on Saturday) upto (last date) upto 2.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on at p.m. at Mumbai North Zonal Office. In this connection, the following salient aspects are to be noted : i) The premises should preferably be a fully constructed one and landlord should be able to arrange requisite internal modification / additional civil works within a reasonable period. The structural condition of premises should be satisfactory. In the event of any partially constructed premises, the landlord should be in a position to complete the construction and handover the premises in proper condition within a maximum period of two months. ii) iii) Premises should preferably be on the ground floor and should preferably be on the main road. There should preferably be space in front of premises for parking of vehicle. The premises should preferably be in the main business area of the centre / close to the specific centre mentioned. The carpet area of the premises should be around 2000 sq.ft. However, Bank may consider lower / higher carpet area for any centre. The carpet area will not include the staircase portion or any common area. The space should mostly be open type i.e. without much partition / load bearing walls. Also additional area for ATM purpose may be required in the ground floor of the premises. iv) The locality should be one which does have potential from Banking business view point. v) Premises should be leased to Bank preferably for a period of years. Lease deed is to be executed as per Bank format only. vi) vii) The premises must have permission / licence for commercial usage or the landlord should be in a position to arrange such permission / licence from appropriate authority for establishing commercial status of the premises before handing over possession. Landlords should submit offer directly and no brokerage will be paid by the Bank. Bank reserves the right to accept / reject any / all offers without showing any reason whatsoever.
