1 OFFICE PREMISES REQUIRED ON LEASE FOR OUR BRANCH OFFICE AT ARMOOR TOWN, NIZAMABAD DIST., TELANGANA Sealed offers are invited in two-bid system from interested property owners offering their Premises for the Armoor Branch office of our Company on long-term lease. The premises should have a carpet area of around 1000 sft (maximum), and should be situated in Armoor Town, preferably in a prime business locality, in the ground or first floor, along with adequate drinking water facility & availability of reserved parking space for vehicles of our staff as well as customers Interested parties may submit their bids in two separate envelopes, duly superscribed as Technical Bid and Financial Bid. The formats for the Technical and Financial Bids are given below. Both these bids should be put in a single larger envelope which should be superscribed Offer of premises for BO Armoor. This should be addressed to The Deputy General Manager, United India Insurance Co. Ltd., Regional Office, United India Towers, & 818, Basheerbagh X Roads, Hyderabad These bids can also be obtained from our Hyderabad Regional Office or from our Armoor Branch Office, presently located at First Floor, Tammi Complex, Door No /29, Ambedkar Park, Ambedkar Chowk, Nizamabad X Roads, Armoor , Nizamabad District, Telangana (Phone No , (Contact person: Shri Balkishan, Branch Manager, Cell No ) during office hours on all working days till 9 th July 2018, on payment of Rs.100/- by Cash/DD. The completed bids may be deposited in person or sent by post or courier so as to be received by The Deputy General Manager, United India Insurance Co. Ltd., Regional Office, United India Towers, & 818, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad before 3.00 pm on 12 th July Bids received late will not be entertained. Bids which are incomplete, or not in the prescribed format, are liable to be rejected. The Company shall not be responsible for delay or non-receipt of bids sent by post/courier.

2 No brokerage or commission is payable by the Company. Third parties submitting the bids shall submit the Power of Attorney / Proper Authorization from the owners. The Lessor should agree to enter into lease deed as per company s standard format and should also bear 50% of the registration expenses. A specimen copy of the Company's Standard Lease agreement can be obtained on request from Estates Department, Regional Office, Hyderabad at the address given above (Contact person: Mr. V.S.K. Rao, Manager vsaikrishnarao@uiic.co.in). IMPORTANT: Minimum Lease period should be i.e. 9 years, with an escalation in rent after every 3 years. However, preference would be given to those premises which are offered for a 15-year period ( ) with an escalation in rent after every 5-year period. I / We hold clear title to the property and the lease is offered in full and complete compliance of all applicable local rules and regulations. I / We also confirm that if our premises is selected, we shall enter into a lease with United India Insurance Company Limited as per the said Company s Standard Lease format and shall also bear 50% of the Stamp Duty and other expenses incurred in connection with the registration of the Lease Deed.
