1 INVITATION FOR OFFER BANK OF BARODA invites proposals/ offers in two bid system from Owners having clear and marketable titles over land and built up property having carpet area of about 4000 Sq. feet at KOTA (Within Municipal Limits), Rajasthan, for opening its Regional Office on lease/ rental basis. A variance of +/- 10% to 15% may be allowed in the Carpet Area. Preference shall be given to offers from Public Sector Units/ Bank s/ Undertakings and Government Departments. Sealed offers are invited in two bid system viz (1) Technical Bid (TB) and (2) Financial Bid (FB). Envelope No. (1) Marked Technical Bid should be submitted in Annexure-I which will contain full technical details viz: location of premises with detailed address, sanctioned plan drawn to scale with completion/ occupation certificate, copy of authorization letter from competent authority in respect of commercial use of building, carpet area of portion to be leased/rented, specification of internal finishes, amenities, Two-Wheeler/Four Wheeler parking facility, distance from railway station etc. No indication as to price aspect be given in Technical Bid. Envelope No. (2) Marked Financial Bid should be submitted in Annexure-II which will contain strictly financial details viz: rate per sq. mtr./ sq. ft. on carpet area, details of Municipal taxes and lease expenses etc. [Carpet area (as per IS Code ) shall exclude staircase, corridor & passage, porch, shaft & machine rooms for lifts, airconditioning duct, loft, built in wardrobes & shelf, intermediate pillars/ columns, partitions & wall and other obstructions, verandahs, balcony, bathrooms and lavatory etc.] The offers/ bids should be received within -15- days from the date of this advertisement. The prospective bidders are requested to collect tender document viz. Technical Bid and Financial Bid from our office. The tender document can also be downloaded from Bank s website The tender documents will be issued between am to 4.00 pm on all working days from to (excluding Bank holidays, Sundays and Saturdays) at: Bank of Baroda, 4 th Floor, Anand Bhawan, Sansar Chandra Road, Jaipur. The offer should be submitted in the prescribed format only. The offers submitted in any other form will not be considered. Offers should be valid for minimum period of days from the last date of submission. No brokerage shall be paid. Both the sealed covers marked as TB & FB superscribing advertisement reference and applicant name & address, be put in one sealed cover addressed and submitted to The General Manager, Zonal Office, Bank of Baroda,

2 4 th Floor, Anand Bhawan, Sansar Chandra Road, Jaipur within -15- days from the day of publication of this advertisement/ on or before by PM. Any decision taken by Bank at any point of time in connection with this process shall be final and conclusive and no claim or dispute from any quarter in that regard shall be entertained. 3 BANK OF BARODA ZONAL OFFICE, JAIPUR TENDER DOCUMENT This tender consists of two parts viz. the Technical Bid including terms and conditions and the Financial bid. Separate Technical and Financial Bids are to be submitted for each proposal using photo copies in case of multiple offers. The technical bids and Financial bids for all the proposals enclosed in separate sealed envelopes (i.e. all Technical Bids in separate cover and Financial Bids in separate cover) to be placed in a single cover super scribing "Offers for building on lease/rent for proposed Regional Office at KOTA, Rajasthan". TERMS AND CONDITIONS:- 1.1 The terms and conditions shall form part of the tender to be submitted by the Vendors to Bank of Baroda hereinafter referred as the bank. 1.2 Tender document received by the Bank after due date and time, i.e PM on shall not be considered and will be rejected 1.3 All vendors are requested to submit the tender documents (TECHNICAL BID AND FINANCIAL BID) duly filled in with relevant documents / information at the following address: The General Manager, Bank of Baroda, Zonal Office, 4 th floor, Anand Bhawan, Sansar Chandra Road, Jaipur All columns of the tender documents must be duly filled in and no column should be left blank. All the pages of the tender documents are to be signed by the authorized signatory of the tenderer. Any over-writing or use of white ink is to be duly authenticated by the tenderer. The Bank reserves the right to reject the incomplete tenders. 1.5 In case the space in the tender document is found insufficient, the vendors may attach separate sheets(numbering should be given) 1.6 The offer should remain valid at least for a period of 120 days to be reckoned from the last date of submission of offers i.e There should not be any deviation in terms and conditions as have been stipulated in the tender documents. However, in the event of imposition of any other condition, which may lead to a deviation with respect to the terms and conditions as mentioned in the tender document, the vendor is required to attach a separate sheet marking list of deviations 1.8 The Technical Bid will be opened on at am in presence of the tenderers who choose to be present at our above office. All tenderers are advised in their own interest to be present on that date at the specified time 1.9 The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without

4 assigning any reason thereof Canvassing in any form will disqualify the tenderer. No brokerage will be paid to any broker The short-listed vendors will be informed by the Bank for arranging site inspection of the offered premises Offers of extended constructions over the existing building with external columns will not be considered The technical bids will be evaluated on techno commercial basis, giving weightages to the qualitative aspects in various parameters like location, distance from important locations of KOTA, amenities available, exclusivity, nearby surroundings, quality of construction, efficacy of internal layout etc The vendors / builders should strictly quote as per the carpet area mentioned in Technical Bid Carpet area (as per IS Code ) shall exclude staircase, corridor & passage, porch, shaft & machine rooms for lifts, air- conditioning duct, loft, built in wardrobes & shelf, intermediate pillars/ columns, partitions & wall and other obstructions, verandahs, balcony, bathrooms and lavatory etc. Place : Date : Signature of the owner
