1 UNITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED ESTATE DEPARTMENT, REGIONAL OFFICE 2, CORE 1, SECOND FLOOR, SCOPE MINAR, LAXMI NAGAR,DELHI Ph: /10, /88 Fax RESIDENTIAL ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED ON RENT Sealed offers are invited from property owners including Govt./PSUs to acquire a residential premises on lease for 'Bachelors Accommodation' having 3 to 5 Bed-rooms with a drawing and dinning and preferably sufficient parking and toilets in a residential area in the vicinity of Laxmi Nagar, or areas from Preet Vihar to Karol Bagh with metro connectivity in Delhi/New Delhi. Interested parties should apply in two bids system viz. Technical Bid and Financial Bid in two sealed covers. The necessary instructions and formats are annexed as Annexures A, B, and C. In case any owner is having properties in more than one area, separate tenders shall have to be submitted for each area. The technical bid shall consist of locality / carpet area / specification of construction / no. of toilets for exclusive use / water supply / light, fan, fittings / No. of electrical points points / lease period with renewal clause, etc. The financial bid shall consist of the rent rate per sq. feet on carpet area with total rent and advance expected if any. The rate shall be inclusive of taxes and all outgo. Both the sealed covers are to be submitted in one sealed cover and sent to the above address on or before 3.00 p.m. on 18/07/2014. The tender will be opened on the same day at 4.00 pm in presence of all interested parties. No brokerage whatsoever will be entertained. All pages of tender documents are to be signed by authorised signatory of the bidder (2)Technical details to be submitted as per the Prescribed format (Annexure-B) and to be put up in the envelope duly sealed and super-scribed as Technical Bid and mentioning your name, address and telephone no. (if any) thereon. (3)Financial details to be submitted as per the Prescribed format (Annexure-C) and to be put up in the other envelope duly sealed and super-scribed as Financial Bid and mentioning your name, address and telephone no. (if any) thereon. (4)Both the above envelopes containing Technical Bid and Financial Bid of the offered premises are to be put in the third big envelope duly sealed and super scribed as Offer for Residential Premises for Bachelor Accommodation on Lease at (Name of Area) Delhi and mentioning your name, address and telephone no. (if any) thereon. (5)The above mentioned third sealed envelope containing both Technical Bid and Financial Bid of the offered premises are to be submitted/ to be received Latest by 18/07/2014 upto 3.00 p.m. in the office of the Regional Manager, Estates department, United India Insurance Co.
