This holding is to be relet from 11th October 2019 subject to possession being obtained from the outgoing Tenant. Outgoing Tenant: Mr. A Bramley Post Code: CB7 5LT 1. DESCRIPTION This holding comprises hectares ( acres) or thereabouts of chalk over fine loam and fine loam over clay soil. It is situated approximately 1 mile east of Wicken, 1 mile southwest of Soham and 5 miles North of Newmarket. The holding is bare land and therefore buildings and a dwelling are not included. The Council reserves the right to inves:gate and create permissive bridleways on the holding with no altera:on in rent. The routes of these will be shown on the plans. 7. RENT These will be added when available. 2. DILAPIDATIONS All end of tenancy shall be dealt with by the outgoing Tenant and ingoing Tenant. The ingoing Tenant to advise the Landlord if a no:ce of dilapida:ons is required. Offers are invited for the annual rent of the holding (to be fixed for the first three years).
