PERIOD The licence period is from Monday 2 nd September 2013 until Wednesday 30 th April 2014 inclusive. PERMITTED USE The Tenant may apply fertilizers during the Tenancy but not to fields NG 2901 and SINGLE FARM PAYMENT & REGULATIONS The Landlord will retain the Single Farm Payment. The Tenant will endeavour to cross comply with all aspects of the Single Farm Payment scheme while in occupation. PAYMENT Payment in full of the rent will be paid to John Amos & Co, prior to the start of the Tenancy.
