I bought my first investment property three months back. As a first time owner, I was also nervous on how to handle the tenants and the property with respect to city/state/federal codes. I should admit that I was fortunate to meet with Jerry and have him manage the property from the day of closing. I would like to express my extreme satisfaction on Jerry s support. He is taking care of the entire day-to-day needs of running the property with almost no involvement from me. He also advises me wherever needed to upkeep the property.
