We are a specialist company with many years in property management and lettings. As a licensed member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), The Property Ombudsman (TPOS) and the Safe Agent Scheme we re proven to trained, up-to-date in the legalities and secure in our financial dealings. We believe the key strategies to successful property management are; a high level of honesty, integrity, professionalism, friendliness and communication with everyone who comes into contact with the company. This includes clients, tenants, occupiers, contractors and other agencies. We take your stress, worry and time out of the whole process by ensuring your legal obligations are met, regularly inspecting your property, dealing with any maintenance problems and instructing the right contractor for the job at the right price. Rent is paid into your bank account within 48 hours of receipt and a fully itemized statement sent to you by or post. When it comes to marketing our property we advertise on all the major property portals including Rightmove, Findaproperty, Zoopla, Globrix, Gumtree, Property Live and many more. We also use social media Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest to gain even more interest in your property. We provide regular feedback on marketing and viewings.
