11 It s everything we could have wanted and more. The build quality and finish is excellent and Stewart Milne Homes have really thought about the layout, they ve made the best use of all the space so we ve got plenty of storage cupboards. There are a lot of items which come as standard and the kitchen units, cooker and microwave are all good quality, even the doors are solid. Our garden is a great size too and somewhere the children will enjoy using. 12 I didn t have any concerns about moving here because of what I knew about the area, the houses and the development. I love that there is green space here because it s not very often you get a new housing development with that much green space around you. I d definitely recommend Stewart Milne Homes because I think they have a good product and the customer service has been excellent. At entry level, the living room has a walk-in box-bay window with no less than six panes of glass lending bags of light to this nicely-shaped room. The stunning open plan kitchen/breakfast/ dining room extends to over 24 feet but for those who prefer a separate dining room, depending on the build stage, can choose that option. ithin the kitchen there is a cunningly concealed laundry zone, plumbed and wired for your laundry equipment. 13 They ve used the area in the house to the best, it feels spacious, modern and clean and I m so pleased with it. The quality is there as well and the attention to detail from Stewart Milne Homes is excellent. Its spacious entrance hall leads to an open-plan kitchen/breakfast/family room with abundant space for dining and seating areas for chilling out with the family. The kitchen is fitted with a wide range of Smeg appliances and French doors from the family area open onto the garden for al-fresco dining. The living room also has French doors onto the garden, while the dining room is perfect for entertaining. The utility room, with sink and plumbing/ electrical connections for a washing machine and tumble drier, also provides direct access to the garden.
