2 GENERAL INFORMATION of TVT Const. Co., Ltd: Established and licensed on 19 February 2001 with Registration No , TVT now is in its 13 years of providing quality construction service to its multifaceted clientele. TVT being a privately-owned company with an investment capital VND 100 Billion has been delivering projects and services to multi-national companies like Kimberly-Clark, Korea United Pharma, Johnson Controls, Mapletree, Berjaya, Lixil Global, Cargill, DKSH etc. As a general contractor, the company s core business are Civil/Structure construction works and Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP) works. TVT also undertakes design and build project for clients who want to avoid the hassles in managing several entities in a simple construction undertaking. TVT s head office is located at 456 Nguyen Van Luong St., Ward 12, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Headed by its Director, Mr. Pham The Tai is very much committed in delivering quality works in every endeavor they are contracted with.
