The required components were coded and split into simplified cutout pieces based on specified areas. Consultation board 13 outlined the section 106 and agent requirements for gross floor area and site area alongside VOWH planning policy compliant parking requirements. As with the central park, colour coded component pieces were arranged to correspond with the community design game.
