You choose. Set within lush tropical gardens, you will know you have entered a special property as soon as you set foot within. The large living area, which features a 6m high wooden beamed ceiling gives a sense of the space and tranquility, whilst the kitchen is a chefs dream fully equipped with everything to hand to prepare sumptuous meals. There is a formal dining room, again with high vaulted ceilings, with access to open air terraces for the customary aperitifs. When the French doors from the terraces to the living and dining areas are open, allowing free access between, there is approximately 300 m² of space available. The highlight room is possibly the gym/games/night club room: large and air conditioned, it covers one entire floor. There are numerous pieces of gym equipment (listed below), a bar area with lounge seating, large HD TV and Blu-Ray DVD, darts, pool and table tennis. When your guests have gathered, why not switch to party mode half the room can be turned to a dance floor area. With wet bar, two fridges, sound system (plug in your MP3 or I Pod) and enjoy strobe lighting, laser lights and multi coloured spot lighting. There is a cinema room with seats for 15-18, including 2D and 3D HD projectors, a 5m screen, surround sound and satellite TV, Blu-Ray DVD (the owners have included a movie collection consisting of every Oscar nominated and winning movies from the past 50 years, over 2000 titles). Additional features include an eight persons sauna, Wi Fi and air conditioning throughout. All bedrooms are spacious, with either a balcony or terrace or direct garden access and good views, TV, safe, dressing tables, silent fans and hairdryers are included. Memory foam mattresses, Egyptian cotton linens and a pillow menu mean many relaxing nights of sleep await.
