Discuss needs regarding site, building, and community services. Set return appointment for Tuesday afternoon Search property database and other sources to match needs of potential tenant Damoro, choose properties Schedule appointments for Wednesday to view 3 warehouse bays for potential tenant Damoro 4:00 p.m. Discuss with broker, relocation lease clause noted in lease agreement negotiated last week for tenant Blake Match new properties entered into database with needs of current clients, to make prospecting calls Family time 2015 Real Estate Council of Alberta 2

Identify scope of work, available properties, analysis on comparables, brokerage representation and services provided 9:00 a.m. Gather information for listing presentation for landlord, All Life Insurance Co. (property profile, available comparable properties, historical sales and leased data comparables, land use bylaws and restrictions) 11:00 a.m. 1 Lunch with industrial land developer Do presentation for potential tenant Damoro, obtain signature on tenant brokerage agreement 4:00 p.m. Contact potential buyer Tate, interested in purchasing light industrial land viewed on personal page of brokerage website. Set initial meeting for Thursday morning Prepare and send out monthly marketing update to current owners and landlords outlining marketing efforts undertaken for their properties Review past inquiries on previous and current listings for potential leads Family time 2015 Real Estate Council of Alberta 3

Include: overview of brokerage office services, landlord and tenant testimonials, comparable property sales and leased data, marketing strategy, representation paperwork 9:00 a.m. Follow-up with industry member Jackie on residential referral made Monday Contact existing tenants to verify if they are interested in renewing lease or relocating to another property and make calls to landlords/owners to verify if vacancies exist in their properties 11:00 a.m. Do listing presentation for landlord All Life Insurance Co.
