3 This is your opportunity to shape how your community could change over the next 15 years. o-o-o-o-o o-o-o-o-o This survey is the first step in the process of writing the Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish of Buckland Monachorum. Once the results of the survey are analysed, the Plan can be written and everyone in the Parish given the opportunity to vote on its implementation in a Referendum. Once approved, the Plan will then be used by the Parish and Borough Councils to: - approve or reject proposals for development within the Parish - guide how and what services are provided - protect areas of historical significance or environmental importance - help local businesses flourish so your answers are important. Please take the time to complete and return the questionnaire by 10th Nov by dropping it into your village collection point. (Buckland - Drake Manor / Crapstone - Post Office / Milton Combe - Who d have thought it / Clearbrook - Skylark / Yelverton - Mansbridge & Balment). Alternatively, post it back in the envelope supplied Please answer ALL the questions in section A & B. We will deliver ONE survey to each house in the Parish so if more than one person lives in your house, please answer on behalf of those who live with you. We will also deliver one Business Survey (Section C) to each business in the Parish and ask that the owner of the business completes it. If you own a business within the parish and also live in the Parish please complete both surveys - the one delivered to your home as a resident and the one delivered to your business as a business owner in the Parish. If you work from home, fill in the business section at the end of this survey. If you have any questions about this Survey, or would be interested in joining the Neighbourhood Planning Group, please contact us at: clerk@bmpc.info or ring Finally, please note that this survey is completely anonymous. If you fill in your name and address (or address) at the end it will give us the opportunity to send you the results and keep you up to date on how the Plan is developing. But you do not need to provide these details if you do not want to. Everyone qualifies to win the Hamper - just hang on to your raffle ticket and check the Parish notice boards for details.
