Please affix your seal and signature (authorised signatory) on all the pages of the application form. 5. Separate offers should be submitted for two or more offers submitted by the same person. 6. The format is to be filled up, signed by the authorised signatory and submitted to the Senior Regional manager, Indian Overseas Bank, Regional Office, Siliguri, Ojas Mall, S F Road, Siliguri (WB) in a sealed cover on or before by Hrs. The day of opening the bid will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates at a later date. 7.
