Annexure I Should contains full technical details, viz. location of premises with address, copy of sanctioned plan with completion / occupation / B.U. certificate, carpet area of potion to be leased / rental / approval for commercial use, specification of internal finished, amenities, electrical load, parking facility etc Annexure II Financial information should contain strictly financial details, viz. rate per sq. ft. for carpet area, details of municipal taxes and lease expenses, etc. The Carpet area (as per IS Code ) shall exclude staircase, corridor and passage, porch, built in ward robes and shelf, intermediate pillers / columns, partitions, walls & other obstructions, verandah, balcony, pentry, bathroom & lavatory etc. Offers should be valid for minimum period of 120 days from the last date of submission. No brokers shall be paid. The information in one sealed cover superscribing advertisement reference, Centre of premises and applicants name and phone / mobile no. with address, submitted to the Dy.
