1 PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO ACCEPT PROPOSAL IN THE CITY OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR REDEVELOPMENT Pursuant to Section , Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Delray Beach intends to consider and may accept the offer of the Equity Delray, LLC to purchase CRA-owned properties for the purpose of redevelopment to provide a mixed use development with retail and office space, residential apartment units, and a full-service grocery store, subject to the Board s receipt and review of any further proposals from the public as a result of its issuance of this Notice of Intent to dispose of such real property. The CRA-owned properties are located on the south side of W. Atlantic Avenue, between SW 6 th Avenue and SW 9 th Avenue, Delray Beach, Florida, and contains approximately 6.7 acres. Proposers are encouraged to review the Delray Beach Community Redevelopment Plan, the West Atlantic Redevelopment Plan, the Southwest Area Neighborhood Redevelopment Plan, the West Atlantic Needs Assessment, and The Set Transformation Plan (pending adoption) in developing a proposal.
